Oh, that's good to know. I'll remove the whole rebar stuff. Funny though,
both https://github.com/apache/couchdb/blob/master/Dockerfile and
https://github.com/klaemo/docker-couchdb/blob/2.0-dev/Dockerfile install rebar
separately.
