Hello,While fixing an issue with replicator manager: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/COUCHDB-2963 , noticed in CouchDB 2.0 we use change feeds on individual shards. So while "longpoll" mode would still work, wondering if it makes sense to switch to "normal".
