Ports used by CouchDB for clustering

Good day,
 
I have spent days trying to setup clustering. I have opened the following ports 
4369, 5984, 5986, but still can't get it to work. Finally, I decided to disable 
the firewalls in all my nodes. This seemed to have temporarily fixed the issue. 
Which ports are actually used by CouchDB and Erlang for clustering?
