* verifying is all good (md5, sha1 …) * make and ./dev/run on Mac OS X 10.11.6 (Erlang/OTP 19) is all good
So up this part I am +1 ;-). --------------------------------------------------------------------- One question when creating a release. I am following the CouchDB 2.0 Release Testing Plan. It reads: "There is one more step you’ll have to do to before you can start CouchDB. It is editing the file /usr/local/lib/couchdb/etc/vm.args and in there, change the line -name couchdb to -name couchdb@<your-ip-address>.” I don’t have a file vm.args at this location. Where do I find it? Or should I simply create it. Not sure, because I am staring CouchDB within the just created rel/couchdb directory with ./bin/couchdb Great work all. Thanks so much !!!!
