I just submitted my pull request to the new repo. I had to fix the integration
tests for uuids, since it was broken.
I'll find some time this week to start looking at the other PRs. Some of them
have been waiting since 2015, so I guess I'll contact the authors before moving
them.
What about issues reported on the old repository?

You help would be appreciated. I think the first thing would be to move the
PR's on dscape/nano to apache/couchdb-nano. Then we can start merging the
working PR's in.
