We created a draft report at

Can you please help us here - what shall we do with the
following questions?
"Are 3rd parties respecting and correctly using the podlings
name and brand? If not what actions has the PPMC taken to
correct this? Has the VP, Brand approved the project name?"
What would be the correct 'name and brand' -
Apache Crail? Apache Crail (incubating)?
And, sorry. I don't find it in history - how do we know the
project name was approved by Brand VP?

The report is Due on the 4th, so don't leave it too long. It's best to get it
in earlier in case it needs to be updated or there's feedback on the report.
