IIRC, then it is a problem for all projects.
I tried searching last night but ran out of time.
IIRC, when JIRA was recently upgraded, the plugin that
gathers the svn commit notifications was not re-instated.
Can someone remember more details?
I think the plugin was causing problems for the JIRA server.
