Summary: BinaryGuesser - report binary file analysis as debug

BinaryGuesser checks whether the percentage of binary characters is greater
than a certain value (currently 30%).
It would be useful to know the percentage as a debug item.
This would allow the percentage to be more easiy adjusted if necessary.
For example trustore files seem to have a lower percentage of binary chars.
Also it would help to use debug logging for exceptions that are currently
swallowed.
