As reported by [~solomax] via email SWF should be treated as binary by default.
As a workaround you may exclude it from RAT scans.
h2. Improvement
At the moment you may set the file encoding to use via {{-Dfile.encoding}}. In
case of any errors we fallback to UTF-8 in BinaryGuesser yet.
