I just issued a pull-request to Apache Rat™ that add plain text output support:

Could someone from the Creadur team review/merge the PR please?
BTW, the external `org.nospere.apache.rat` plugin has already been updated to
be on par.
I'll discontinue it once Apache Rat™ publish a version that include the Gradle
plugin.
