After moving to Gitbox/Github:
* get rid of all references to SVN in RAT's pom
* republish site with current SCM references
* change branch to master instead of trunk
* fix ASF Jenkins build jobs to use gitbox
* file an issue to get rid of SVN as it became stale already :-)
