Description:
After moving to Gitbox/Github:
* get rid of all references to SVN in RAT's pom
* republish site with current SCM references
* (/) INFRA-18551: change branch to master instead of trunk
* (/) fix ASF Jenkins build jobs to use gitbox -
https://builds.apache.org/view/A-D/view/Creadur/ - latest jobs use JDK11
* (/) INFRA-18551: file an issue to get rid of SVN as it became stale already

* provide link to current SNAPSHOT for downloads, comply to rules
** http://www.apache.org/legal/release-policy.html#publication
** http://www.apache.org/legal/release-policy.html#host-rc
