Hi folks, as more and more people are changing to docker/container-based builds it would make more sense IMHO to output unappropriate files directly to the build console instead of relying on target/rat.txt.
Discussion in https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/RAT-270 shows that some people are confused and frustrated by the current behaviour. Therefore I'd propose to change the default value of rat.consoleOutput from false to true to allow logging all invalid files. Any opinions/objections? Thanks, Phil
