[~pottlinger], the logic shall remain makes perfectly sense. Logging won't be
touched. It is just the flag change. The {{\-\-debug}} flag might be repurposed
to replace the {{mvnDebug}} script entirely. Also it add consistency to
{{\-\-quiet}} and {{\-\-verbose}} now.
