Currently there are build failures such as
https://app.travis-ci.com/github/apache/creadur-rat/jobs/558978072
related to restrictions in accessing dockerhub via Travis.
A viable alternative is to use Github Actions. Evaluate using it to see if
matrix builds are possible to run regularly.
