Apart from the need to get 0.14 out I wanted to ask if there are objections to generate the RAT page from the current SNAPSHOT instead of only relying on the latest release?
Any objections? Many maven plugins provide SNAPSHOT maven reports .....a different possibility could be to generate the release version and provide a different URL to the current SNAPSHOT such as
