[~ggregory] what I meant with my comment on 20220815 was: what's the behaviour
before applying the patch? Does the site-build break or only show the warning?
When releasing 0.14 I generated a site report with a different non-ASF project
and did not experience problems, therefore I'd like to know if the problem is
connected to a certain RAT- and/or other plugin version?
