[~ggregory] I thought of providing a release 0.16.1 at the end of next week,
but it seems that we find more and more "subtle" issues/changes, so I guess it
makes sense to wait a little bit more. I already commented at the dependabot PR
to wait for 0.16.1 before all of the ASF projects experience the problems we
try to fix in 0.16.1. Thanks for your patience and the feedback to the proposed
changes and r0.16.
