Should Rat continue to use the full path for reporting or should it report as though the basedir was the root of the file system?
example: When using basedir of "/home/claude/apache/creadur-rat/apache-rat-plugin/src/test/resources/unit/it2" should the report list "/home/claude/apache/creadur-rat/apache-rat-plugin/src/test/resources/unit/it2/src.txt" or "/src.txt" The long version is the current value. Claude
