I started to take a look at this.  But I can't find the branch you are working 
on.  I pulled the master branch and see that it is at 0.15.

I am working on 0.17 at this point and there are a lot of changes.  Most of 
what you are doing in the pom is now recommended to be done in included files – 
so it may be worth your time to look at 0.17 and get this change working under 
that.

If you have a branch with your changes I can try to take a look, however, I 
live in Ireland and am trying to recover from last week's massive storm.  I am 
also travelling to FOSDEM this week and will be out of pocket until at least 
next Monday.

RAT should detect the license directly.  I don't know why it doesn't.
