[~elharo] I would agree with this, except that there are deprecatiosn comming
in 0.17 that are breaking changes,
0.18 was to clean up the deprecation and address specific technical details
that will probably cause more breaking changes. My goal has been to get 0.17
done and out and then address the remaining technical issues. Depending on how
deep that goes 0.18 could be 1.0 or we might do 0.18 as a final clean-up and
wide test before releasing 1.0.
But in general I agree this should be at least 1.0.
