Unfortunately the GHA builds became instable quite some time ago, due to
timeout issues and problems with the surefire-plugin on windows ..... as I do
not have any windows boxes I'm unable to debug these issues. Usually the build
works locally and fails on GitHub .... not sure how to fix general infra issues
over at GHA.
