As we moved from 0.16.x to 0.17 new configuration elements were introduced. As
1.0.0 will remove many deprecated elements within RAT it might be useful for
user's to have a place to start during their migration journey to the most
current RAT release.
Similar to the KnownIssues page this migration guide should offer meaningful
entry points for user's of RAT.
