Maven build integration is in the PR now. However, it currently fails due to an
additional "smoketest" in the Gradle plugin pom, but not a big deal to fix it.
Overall, the PR is not ready but pretty close (added more details to the PR). I
got everything working that's necessary to run RAT from Gradle builds.
