The Default processor process multiple files of various types but when a family
is declared in one file and then used in another it is possible that the UI
will present the files in an order where the declaration follows the use.
This same situation crops up in handling matcher definitions but is handled
correctly with a proxy substitution. The same strategy could be applied to
locating license families.
