[~sjaranowski] and [~cstamas] There is a new PR [1] that applies the earlier
case sensitivity fix as well as causing the Maven UI to ignore MAVEN standard
collection and whatever is specified for the "project.build.directory". These
can be added back on the command line if desired. Documentation has also been
updated.
I would appreciate it if you could would build and try the fix.
