Description:
* (/) Fix download page to comply with current ASF rules
* (/) Use Maven 3.9.13 in order to not run into the parallel upload to Nexus
problem introduced with Maven 3.9.12, reported in 2026-02
* Jira adjustments
** (/) close all resolved tasks in 0.18 and older releases, except for RAT-530
and RAT-498 ;)
** (/) closed old resolved tasks/subtasks and transition to closed (112 tasks
affected)
** edit release information and merge with changes.xml
* Changelog - see RAT-498
* (/) Helper/Buildscripts
* (/) Webpage preview in creadur-site project -
