Restored the original Agent guidance / CODE STYLE / BEST PRACTICES / COMMUNICATION / RESTRICTIONS sections under the header, and added a SECURITY section wiring `AGENTS.md` → `SECURITY.md` → `THREAT_MODEL.md` (the point of the PR).
