Description:
Cloning the latest master branch (commit
8282fd312e9d5947d822612fae304b275cd7b2b1) on Mac OS leads to the following
warning:

warning: the following paths have collided (e.g. case-sensitive paths
on a case-insensitive filesystem) and only one from the same
colliding group is in the working tree:
'apache-rat-core/src/test/resources/tikaFiles/standard/file.C'
'apache-rat-core/src/test/resources/tikaFiles/standard/file.c'
'apache-rat-core/src/test/resources/tikaFiles/standard/file.CPP'

The default filesystem on Mac OS is case insensitive

tests should be refactored to also work on case insensitive fille systems
