First pass at adding support for AvroTrevniKey support as a target and source.
There are at least 2 TODOs still in the code for things to explore/fix and I
know more tests would be nice.
The official logging of this issue was also logged based on trying to control
the directory structure for how the target is writing and hopefully that can be
simplified and fixed as well.
