Attachment: CRUNCH-208a.patch
Added support for mapping keys to PTable (although not PGroupedTable, since the
PType associated with the value there isn't a "real" PType and can't be passed
along) and deprecated the MapKeysFn and MapValuesFn. Also updated some of the
integration tests to take advantage of the new methods, and am deeply enjoying
how fast those tests run in local mode on Hadoop 1.1.2. :)
