Thanks Micah-- I'll open an issue to track fixing the job timing lookups when
we close this one out. In the meantime, I went ahead and added tracking info
for the pre and post-hooks, since I've run into cases where those can take a
surprisingly long time to complete, and it would be good to have them tracked
in the overall job runtime.
