I cannot seem to find the source file releatedresources.mdtext. All the other 
pages I can use the bookmark method to edit but this page I cannot. Any ideas?

Great.  Since we have consensus I propose we organize the content by
feature:  sentence boundary , part if speech,  smoking, ner, etc

That way a newcomer can find the papers that supports the features they need On
