Hi Hua, Yes, the Common Type System could be found in the svn [1] and diagram [2]. For interoperability, it would be nice to populate the Medication attribute types (opposed to the MedEx specific one). From initial glance, it looks like the common type system should support it without many changes. One can just include type system as a maven dependency or import that above UIMA xml. Would you also be interested in have the code maintained in ASF community? I think it would be a great addition to the existing cTAKES components... I'll be happy to assist if it's something you're interested in pursuing. --Pei
