Hi Dima, I believe OrangeBook doesn't have the license restriction like UMLS- hence it was included in http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/ctakes/trunk/ctakes-dictionary-lookup-res/src/main/resources/org/apache/ctakes/dictionary/lookup/OrangeBook/
