The contents -res jars/projects have been temp commented out by the parent Pom. -it was quite ready for prime time yet. Mainly because some of the code still can not load resources from jars/class paths (some of which we do not have control the 3rd party code so it's not as straight forward) And leaving both file/cp could lead to conflicts. We need to switch that over-
