Hello developers, I am using apache ctakes from eclipse.
I ran UIMA_CVD--clinical_documents_pipeline.launch from ctakes-clinical-pipeline project and I loaded AggregatePlainTextUMLSProcessor.xml My question is the values for features like medicationallergy, medicationfrequency, bodySide, bodyLocation of annotations like MedicationMention and ProcedureMention are null. Is there a way I can create the values for these features? It would be a great help. Thank you so much, Harpreet
