You should be able to add the dictionary to an AggregateBuilder with DefaultJCasTermAnnotator.java.createAnnotatorDescription() and then get a descriptor with toXml() (or whatever the uimafit method is called).
If you've tried that and it's not working then I think we'll need more information about the error to help you.
