Thanks Narayan. I thought this; but still unsure if the contents within the section will be mixed up in cTAKES extracted text. Will cTAKES read line-by-line, sequence-by-sequence? For example, will the contents in ‘Vital Signs’ section be mixed up with the contents in some other section? If so, then I am back to the same problem. Please advise.

For example, my use case is like this: 1. 'Extract the BP readings from the 'Vital Signs' or 'Physical Examination' section. If BP reading(s) are mentioned in other places of the document too, ignore those readings and consider only the one in 'Vital Signs' or 'Physical Examination' section. 2. Ignore everything mentioned under 'Family History' section. I would be most grateful if you can share your thoughts / code snippet examples in cTAKES.
