With this last patch, build is clean from all warnings related to deprecation. The way patches should be applied is in the order of how they were uploaded to Jira. For reference, one can also use https://github.com/azbarcea/ctakes/tree/fix-deprecated (fix-deprecated branch). I look forward to your feedback, Alex
