Hi Sean, Thanks for reaching out, the password and username is right, it has been 2-3 days now since I have been struggling with it. There are no special characters anywhere, which is why I am sure if there is something else happening.
The steps that I am following are: - update the runctakescvd.bat and runctakescpe.bat java commands as mentioned in the install guide - added the username password and vendor information in the resource.xml Anything else that I am missing?
