Hi Akram, You mention > I have followed the instuctions in this page What page are you reading?
I just followed the instructions from page: https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/CTAKES/cTAKES+4.0+Developer+Install+Guide#cTAKES4.0DeveloperInstallGuide-IntelliJIDEAstepbystepinstallinstructions Every step was exactly as described on the page and it worked just fine. I am using Intellij 2019.2.2 Community edition, the latest build. I followed the next steps here https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/CTAKES/cTAKES+4.0+Developer+Install+Guide#cTAKES4.0DeveloperInstallGuide-CompilewithMaven and ctakes did compile successfully. -- Though actually, you can just open the "Maven" panel and double-click "compile" under "Apache cTAKES (root)" > "Lifecycle" > "compile" . If you are getting an error about glassfish not being found, you probably don't have to worry about it. You should also have a message from maven that the compile worked. Also please brief the steps you followed.
