Many thanks Peter for the prompt response! I will try this and will update the
thread.

Also, can I please ask: I noticed that after the test ( I launch PiperRunnerGui
on Intellij and a build is done automatically before any launch) the records
(the insert commands) I removed earlier reappear again -- I take it this is
normal behaviour for the non-synonym entries?

Thank you!

Kind Regards,

Hi Eugenia
There may be better ways to do this, but I would insert these as Synonyms in
the CUI_TERMS table. The concept is already there:

insert this:
INSERT INTO CUI_TERMS VALUES(1303258,0,1,'stemi','stemi')

the concept is already declared here
INSERT INTO PREFTERM VALUES(1303258,'Acute ST segment elevation myocardial
infarction (disorder)')
