    Support EPHEMERAL_SEQUENTIAL nodes for ServiceDiscovery instances

    Added a new DYNAMIC_SEQUENTIAL  ServiceType for ServiceDiscovery instances, 
which creates EPHEMERAL_SEQUENTIAL nodes in Zookeeper. Before this patch only 
EPHEMERAL or PERSISTENT nodes were supported by Service Discovery.
