    [CURATOR-374] TreeCache: reduce memory usage by using 
AtomicReferenceFieldUpdaters

    Reduce memory usage by using `AtomicFieldReferenceUpdaters` rather than 
instanciating 2 or 3 `AtomicReference` in each tree node.
