John Sirois commented on CURATOR-248:
-------------------------------------

[~randgalt] - if I prepare a similar change for the 2.x series would that be
welcome? Over in Apache Aurora we have a hard dependency on Apache Zookeeper,
but the operator is required to install it. As such, we can't really force ZK
3.5.x, although it would be nice to to get access to this CuratorFramework
feature.

> Currently, Curator recipes handle error conditions by listening for the
> SUSPENDED connection state. Some users would like Curator to try to maintain
> the session if possible. Introduce a pluggable error handler system. Have an
> implementation that does the current behavior. Create another that attempts
> to wait until session lost.
