Userd LeaderLatch to make cluster leader.
but when I kill the process , the node made by leaderLatch do not disappear, so
when I restart a process ,it can not get leader anymore.
I started two process A and B , they fight for leader ,A got leader.
and I killed A and B,but the node in zookeeper does not disapper.
so when I restart A and B,the leader is always the old A.
