@cammckenzie @zarfide please re-rest. I made the following changes:
- testNewMembers() only tries to go from 5 to 4. I'm guessing the flakiness
is going from 5 to 3
- testWithNamespaceAndLostSessionAlt() now allows either
ConnectionLossException or SessionExpiredException
