[CURATOR-479] fixed CachedModeledFrameworkImpl children
Added new method to ZPath, isParentOf(). The, use it in
CachedModeledFrameworkImpl.children() and
CachedModeledFrameworkImpl.childrenAsZNodes() which were not implemented
correctly.
