Added "mailto:"; prefix and tested locally using "mvn site:run", and it seems to
do the job: hovering with the mouse shows as needed at the left bottom of
Firefox:
mailto:[[email protected]|mailto:[email protected]]
And right click on it gives "Copy Email Address" option, which copies correctly
just the email part.
Maybe we could just do that.
